She is a primary media contact, develops a variety of materials, and works closely with her clients to organize and implement workflow on projects. She is an expert on identifying issues and hot topics, monitoring trends, and providing proactive PR counsel regarding competitive climate public relations strategy.

Shannon has 8+ years of public relations, marketing, and writing experience in higher education, consumer, nonprofit, B2B, and more. She has worked with numerous higher education and private secondary schools, including the University of Massachusetts Medical School, UC Berkeley, Union College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cornell University, and Deerfield Academy, in addition to several nonprofit and consumer accounts, including The Trustees, Credit One Bank, Avnet, BewellConnect, FM Global, Framework, Howes, Corning, and others.

Shannon began her career with a charity fundraising startup in Boston. After working to raise millions of dollars for dozens of charities, she uses her writing and marketing skills to continue to make an impact in an agency setting. Shannon graduated from Simmons University in Boston with a triple major in Communications, Arts Administration, and French.
